BSNL LANDLINE CONNECTION FOR BROADBAND — BSNL LANDLINE NEARLY 1 YEAR & STILL WAITING

Dear Sir
This is to bring to your notice the kind of pathetic service the BSNL YERWADA EXCHANGE offers.

I had booked a new landline connection on 20th March 2009 in order to get a Broadband installed. When I booked the connection I was assured I would get it within 10 - 15 days.

My Booking Details are af follows :

Date of Booking : 20th March 2009

Customer Account No :[protected]

Waiting List No : DHN3300000


Whenever I contacted the customer care they told me that the work is under progress and I would get the new connection soon.

Last time when I visited the BSNL office on 8th Feb 2010, I was asked to contact our Area-Incharge Mr Thomas (Mobile : [protected]).

When contacted, Mr Thomas told me casually that he would get back to me after checking on the issue.

Please suggest what is to be done in this matter.

i have got a bsnl landline telephone connection with broadband at my residence. The phone is dead from last 2 months (Dec2009) and broadband too. Still i got bill of 3500 for dec and 3900 for jan. how is it possible??? now am thinking to disconnect both landline and broadband for that they are telling i need to pay all the bills then only its possible... now i have to pay nearly RS 8000 simply.. please suggest me what to do now...

BSNL — Phone dead, line not clear, need change of equipment

Phone No[protected] is dead, when it is working also the line is not clear, need change of equipment. Letter submitted 4 months back, lineman Yadav not attending to our complaints despite several reminders. Our business is severely affected.

BSNL — old landline set

with respect i want 2 inform u that i have taken new BSNL land line connection and i have given Rs500 as security money, than also i did'nt got my new land line set. the staff of BSNL has given me a old set.
i dont know why this peole do such thing. its like one more gov. scam.
