Till 12.10.2009 we didn't received any BSNL bill. We have land line no:[protected] vide account No: [protected] & Customer ID: [protected]. Kindly send the duplicate bill for the period 01/08/2009 to 30/09/2009.

I am not getting regular monthly bill of my landline BSNL Telephon No.[protected]. I had also submitted a written complaint in BNSL office at Alibag. But the attitutde of BSNL for sending the monthly bill is not change. However, due to non-receipt of monthly bill of my aforesaid landline I am unbale to pay the bill amount on or before due date. I would also like to brought to your kind notice that in a case BSNL cut my landline telephone due to non-payment of bill amount, BSNL will be responsible for the same as I am not getting the regualar bill of my landline telephone.

This is for your kind information & necessary action.
