I am not getting regular monthly bill of my landline BSNL Telephon No.[protected], UID[protected]. I had also submitted a written complaint in BNSL office at Trimulgherry Circle along with a proof of my address, but to no use. I am still not getting the bill. However, due to non-receipt of monthly bill of my aforesaid landline I am unbale to pay the bill amount on or before due date. I would also like to bring to your kind notice that in case BSNL plans to disconnect my internet/landline connection due to non-payment of bill amount, then it will not be my responsibility as I am not getting my bills.

Please do the needful at the earliest.
