[Resolved]  BSNL Landline — CABLE DISCONNECTED

BSNL — Telephone disconnected for 10 days

My relatives landline number has been disconnected due to the so called techincal problems.It has been pending for more than 10 days now with out any action, irrespectie of the complaint logged on the same day.How pathetic the BSNL department services are ...courtsey great authorities!!

main reason why people go for mobile plans rather than BSNL landline...much more reliable

sir I had took a complaint about my lanline cable last saturday .my lan phone no is[protected].The authorities of BSNL told me that your connection is the last connection at your line .so they have difficulty to clearing my phone .so I am requesting you to consider my complait

My land lain cable has broken .So I had took a complaint at online on 08/04/2013, but the technician did not attend that complaint .Then I went to Vailathoor telephone exchange on 09/04/2013, they told me that the technician will be come today, but they did not attend .when I went to exchange on 11/04/2013, they told me he must attend today or tomorrow morning, but he did not attend the complaint still.
