BSNL — landline dead

My landline with no[protected] is dead from past 10 days. I had registered a complaint by dialing 197 using some other telephone. Till now no action has been taken.

I also have Broadband connection (Home 500 plan). The net connection was very good till last month. Recently I am having problems with contineous connection. Net gets disconnected for every 10-15mins and after some time it connects back. This is very disturbing. I request BSNL authorities to rectify these issues as early as possible.

my BSNL landline is dead from past 2 months...and there is a disturbance and cross talk. when we talk...we hav given a complaint to the local officials.. but there is no response...plz look after this problem..n kindly please solve it as soon as possible..

Dear Sir,

my landline phone no.[protected] is down since 14/5/09 & the complaint was registered on 15/5/09 & again on 16/5/09 and the complaint no.provided by the Jabalpur-Katni (Madhya Pradesh) circle is 1717, till date no action has been taken by the concerned department.

Our landline telephone[protected] is dead since 19 May 2009. This connection is in the name of Gopalakrishna Nayak, Padma Nilaya, Puttige. Post Hiriadaka, Udupi - 576113. We have already given complaint twice. but till now no action has been taken.
we never expected such a poor service from BSNL personnel. i have already paid the rent of one year in advance. i hope u will take immediate action on my request. Or else i am ready to disconnect the landphone if you are ready to refund my advance.

Our landline telephone ([protected]) is dead last two month. This connection is in the name of sunil kumar gupta, house no 1948 sector55 faridabad. We have already given complaint more than times but till now no action has been taken.
we never expected such a poor service from BSNL personnel. so i have no paid the rent of last bill . i hope u will take immediate action on my request. Or else i am ready to disconnect the landphone if you are ready to refund my advance.

Dear Sir / Madam,

Please note that my landline[protected] has been dead for the past 8-9 months. All the complains to the loving BSNL authorities fall on deaf ears.
They kept sending me bills for the past 8 months, however this month they have sent me a NIL bill...I suppose they realize that their poor landline is providing no service to me at all. Now they sending me a NIL bill justifies that the phone is dead for long & they need to do something about it-----HELLO HADAPSAR EXCHANGE---SDE are you listening.....I need service (working phone) not a NIL bill to satisfy my complaints. Incase they can't provide the service, they are free to come and collect their handset from my residence & pay me my deposit.

Our land-line phone has been out of order from 08/06/2010. We have registered the complaint regarding the same for 3 times and the situation still is the same. No one from the BSNL office has turned up to solve the problem.

BSNL Landline number 24240765 is not working and completely dead from[protected]. Requested for rectification.

My landline No.[protected] is dead since 18/07/2010. I have lodged complaint for the same on 18/07/2010 10.00am. bearing complaint no.001472. but since then nobody attended the complaint. Every 1-2 months we face same problem. But there is nobody who cares.

my phone no is[protected] my phone oftenly become dead. I have complaint so many time to local officer but nobody responding me. DP line is laying on the road so that it damaged by passer-by. My telephone was dead last 2 month. If you are not able to provide the service you may disconnect immediatly.

My landline telephone is dead since 17/10/2010. I had registered complain regarding same on 198. Than several times i had spoken with Officers sitting in Fetex Exchange. I had spoken with Mr B.R Singh (Customer Grievance on [protected]) and Mr. Jaiswal (Fetex Exchange Incharge) on [protected]. They both replied me that they are on leave for 15 days. You pls call on[protected] and update your complaint status.

No body is attaining my complain and as I am also working in Mumbai I could not visit the telephone office everyday. Hence I request you to please help me. My landline number is[protected].

Landline is dead not working since one month..

My residential line is dead most of the times. Unless I take time and go and complain in person it does not get fixed. Once fixed, it mearly lasts for 1-2 weeks and then it is back to the same old issue.

My residential number +[protected] in Sus Road, Pashan, Pune is dead for the past 3 weeks.
Complaint docket number is 000252. No action is taken since it has been logged other than closing my docket without fixing my problem.

When I called the general numebr, I am told that the cable has a fault and to call Mr. Chaudhary who does not pick up his phone - [protected].

myself is Suma Shashikanth, and having BSNL landline[protected] which is dead since last 20 days and I tried all said sources to get it correct . But it is not corrected. I have an old Mother in Law and small childern at home when myself and my hubby both are away for our works.

Is there anybody who can take care of it and get it work AEAP

MADAM I GAVE A COMPLAINT TO U WHEN I PAID THIS MONTH BILL ON 29.08.2011 THAT OUR LANDLINE PHONE IS NOT WORKING IT IS COMPLETY DEAD.BUT TILL NOW NO ACTION IS TAKEN .SO PLEASE TAKE THE NEEDED ACTION IMMEDIEATELY .AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

My BSNL Landline phone number :[protected] is not working for the past 3 MONTHS.there is too much disturbance in phone thts why my broadband & card swaping machine is not working. I have raised this complaint in PEHOWA BSNL exchange and went personally to BSNL telephone exchange office to write about complaint and till now no one has turned up to sort out this issue.I kindly request you to look into this issue as soon as possible and restore the phone line at the earliest. thanks.
