phone out of order

The following connection from BSNL 0120-2606175 under the name of Sandeep Nayyar was given in July . even after numerous complaints at various level. Till date the phone is out of order. I have been regularly paying the bills without making a single call. All the complaints made have fallen to deaf ears and there is no solution to it.

land line no.01202768523 is not working since 10 days.
