Landline outoff order sice 11/2 month

Our Land Line (02525)222298 is not working since 45 days, my parents age 70yrs were in touch with Palghar Telephone Office as well local Kelve office for more than 3 times.
Still phone is not working, for aged person it is difficult to reach Palghar Office frequently.
Our address is
AT& Post :- Kelve-Jasodi,Tal-Palghar,Dist-Thane,Pin-401401.
Please let us me know what more I need to do to get my landline repaired.

I am S.MOHANDASS

I have taken Bsnl landline connection for the purpose of Internet connection three months ago but within that period the net connection had problem for three times. Very bad consumer service. At present 10 days net is not connected.
