I was having two BSNL telephone numbers which were registered in the name of my father Sh. Hari Kishan Agrawal one was [protected] and the other was [protected] which I have surrendered approx one year ago at the time of surrendering they took each and every amount due on my side but at the time of connection some amount was paid by me which was refundable but iI have not received the same.

BSNL Telephone — non acceptance of surrender amount

My name is Vishal Agrawal I was having two telephone number [protected] & [protected] of bsnl at the name of my father Shri Hari Kishan Agrawal which i have surrendered two years ago while getting these connections i have paid some security charges which were refundable but while asking for the same they say that they could not find out record of these numbers.

My self is Kapil M Makwana I having one telephone number[protected] of bsnl at the name of my father Shri Manilal R Makwana, which i have cancelled this connection on 21 oct 2009 while the connection is not cancelled on still date, i have paid last bill amount

Worst lot of people from India are employed in BSNL. If you visit their office, you can know that most of them are hanging around the job as its another couple of more years before they retire. I have heard the senior officials are biggest scamsters by helping private companies boom at cost of BSNL. Greatest tragedy is that they are paid salaries on par with pay commission recommendation. A nice way to loot tax payers.

Anyways, my last business with them, security deposit of telephone and broadband is lying with them. I relocated out of India after disconnection and expected they will return to me as soon as possible. It doesnt seem to be true. I have got the last generated bill showing me that my amount is due to be returned to me. I am thinking of dragging them to court for mental distress and financial loss(interest) I think its a huge scam in BSNL, as I see many complaining on the same on internet. Possibly since they are already begging for survival, they are trying delay tactics, so that people forget eventually.

BSNL officials, if you know how to open this page, then refund deposit amount for account number [protected] or face a consumer case from me.

Please refund my Security deposit amount for my landline number[protected]. It has already been 3 months i filed for surrendering the connection.

Please refund my Security deposit amount Rs 4800/- for my landline number[protected] as early as possible. The connection was disconnected on 30.08.2014 vide OB No; [protected] AND last bill dated 3.9.2014 for the period upto 31.8.2014 has been paid on 10.9.2014 vide receipt no NDA[protected]. The instrument was deposited with BSNL on 1.9.2014.

Land Line No.[protected] and broadband connection has been surrendered to BSNL, Padi Exchange, Chennai on 26th July 2014, So far, I have not received refund of deposit I have paid at the time of installation.

Hi, am Hemalatha P. I have settled the outstanding bill for the telephone number[protected] on[protected] and have deactivated the number on the same day. Also i have surrendered the instrument at the velachery, vijayanagar, chennai office on the same day. I have sent written letter to refund my deposit of 1500 to the guindy bsnl exchange on[protected]. So far i have received the fund. Could you please let me know the status of the refund?
