My landline no. is 0771-2262547. Yesterday I made on line bill payment. In first attempt the status of bill payment was not success. It was, "Initiated". I waited for some time. Made second attempt and bill was paid successfully. I checked payment history. I found that bill has been paid twice. The payment was done through SBI. The ref. and transaction no. of first attempt are respectively, IG52716732 and TX31051111433115. Second attempt ref no is IG52717523. Bill amount Rs 216.00.
I wish, the extra bill payment Rs 216.00 be adjusted in my next bill?
Please advice otherwise.
