[Resolved]  BSNL Landline Services — Badly behaved by the employees of telephone exchange

I'd registered a complaint in Krishna Nagar Telephone Exchange regarding No dial tone (in my BSNL landline phone[protected] on[protected]. But all was vain. I tried my level best to get it corrected soon, so i met to its SDO three times in between[protected]. On[protected], after getting no solution, I'd decided to surrender my phone connection. To get further process in this regard, it needs to be signed by the SDO of the same exchange. So I filled the form of its disconnection and went to the exchange on[protected] at 3.05 pm. He refused to sign and asked me to change the reason of disconnection in the application form and ignored me away. I again went there on next day,i.e.,[protected]. I met the SDO at 2.10, he asked to me either to wait an hour or come after an hour. I waited there. At 3.15, he came from inside and gone somewhere with some of his friends in a car. On getting an inquiry from the other employees presented in the office, i got no response. Same was weird to me. so I asked to call the SDO or to do something regarding my problem. Suddenly all the employees started yelling at me in abusive language and started beating me. They would also called the nearest police and made a fake report against me that i had threaten them and damaged a computer and some furniture in the same office. But the truth is that there's nothing had happened except what they did with me.
I asked to get an inquiry in this regard and verify the following things:
1) If they were right, then what loss they had in the same premises on[protected]?
2) Does there anything intimated to appropriate authorities regarding such incident and loss?
3) Where did the SDO gone on the duty time?
4) Why did the employees took the such steps in the absence of SDO?
5) What did the nearest police verified on the spot?
6) How my phone connection got corrected in an hour after this incidence which was impossible from last more than a week?
7) Why should i pay for the services which were not rendered to me?
8) Why should i pay the service tax and surcharge for the services which were not rendered to me?
I requested you to take the necessary steps and get me justice in this regard. I hope you will do the needful to me. Please consider my request against such a bad behaviour of employees of telephone exchange, Krishna Nagar, Mathura.
