We own a landline connection. The number is [protected]. It has been disconnected on the 23 August 2013. I have paid the bill on the 3 September 2013. All this has happened without the party giving any letter to BSNL for disconnection. This is due to the negligence of the staff which has occurred. When checked in the coimbatore office they said the status was on reconnect on the 7 September 2013. And even with continuous follow up no action has been taken. We are unable to use the landline and broadband connection. This has caused a lot of inconvenience and loss to the business we are in. I hope this complaint will be taken seriously and some action will be taken. No follow from the staffs from the office to take any action. We are very unhappy with the service BSNL provides.
