[Resolved] BSNL — DND complaint negligence | |||
I registered for Do Not Disturb (DND) in Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) a few months back. For the details, i had called the customer care and as per their instructions i sent a message in the format needed and i received mail saying that my request was confirmed. But i never got the complaint number; which they were supposed to give within utmost 10 days. (For other service providers you will get it in matter of seconds). A DND request is supposed to be active within a maximum of 45 days. As it did not happen i tried registering again with no result. The problem is that you cant even complaint about your DND activation because you wont get a complaint number when you register which is needed for DND activation complaints. And then now off late i think BSNL do not deploy customer service officers anymore. The customer service number is [protected] which is an automated service which is supposed to redirect us to a customer service officer on following the instructions. But it will never connect or there will not be any officers for helping us. Was this information helpful? | |||
