BSNL Mobile — Do not call not registered no action from BSNL despite reminders

Hello,
I have two mobile no [protected] and [protected] and inspite of registering DO Not call, I have not been given a regisration no and I contacted Bangalore telephone even top officials but nothing is working I also sent a mail to [protected]@gmail.com,which is also ineffective. Please help me and save me from unsolicited calls.
