hi my name is Mukund Motwani n my number is 9422926983. i have complaint of Bsnl's callertune service. company is charging for this service rs.40/- and when anyone calls me then instead of playing the song i selected, they play that "is caller tune ko copy karne k liye * daba kar 9 dabaye shulk 30 rupaye masik aur 10 rupaye prati tune" and before finishing this tone i answer the call. I called upto the customer care also but they told that this pre recorded tune will not b cancelled. this is ridiculous, the company charges me n play its pre recorded tune. This is not fair. The TRAI should take strict action over this and the company should pay huge penalty for this usage of Consumer's money...
