[Resolved]  BSNL Mobile phone — To stop unwanted SMS

have a good day sir,
please deactivate the sms on my cellphone that means always a sms comes to my mobile and say subscribe to listen the masti pack but i donot want. The sms center is 56505 and 56700 . my cell phone number is [protected]

I am madhaba chandra sahoo my mobile number is [protected] . it is a bsnl number .
I am getting many unwanted sms daily for downloadthe song . and masti pack. from 56505 and 56700 so please help me and deactivate that sms system in my phone

hyderabad central — unwanted sms ads

i have never been to hyderabad central in my life, but i regularly get sms from them about there offers. they start on the first day,,,, then say 5days more.... 4 days more....so on till.... last day today.... i get 2-3 sms per day...
im feed up with this. please help me out.

BSNL Mobile — unwanted message

Dear sir
i have BSNL Moblie connection having No [protected], i have been receive the unwanted message from BT-59595. i had received minimum message 4 to 5 from this BT-59595. It will get irritating these message when i am in busy and dong serious work. i had complained several time to customer care but they are not respond properly and one time they suggest that send a message to 59595 like" STOPM 59595" but i sent these message to 59595 but it deduct Rs 2 from Account. even though i had received the same irritating message.

wherefore i pray before Hon,ble forum to take suitable action and ensure me not to receive these kind of message in future days

BUT NOW THERE IS NO RESPONSE OF THE COMPLAINT. PLEASE SOLVE THAT PROBLEM AND REFUND MY MONEY Rs 20/- WHICH HAS BEEN DETECTED FROM MY ACCOUNT(RS. 10/- IN DECEMSER AND RS.10/- IN 13-01).AND STOP THAT SERVICE

I am a BSNL prepaid customer. My mobile number is [protected]. I have send messages two times to stop unwanted SMS's and voice calls. But still i'm getting calls and sms. I would like to receive bsnl's offer messages only. Please do consider my complaint. I have called bsnl customer care. They asked me to send message.

BSNL — unwanted calls & messages

Dear Sir,

I use bsnl prepaid mobile from last one & half year.I get almost ten messages & calls from bsnl per day.On 24th January'11 I saw that rs.30 is deducted from my balance without any information & I have not activated any services.I have complain three times in bsnl customer care, they booked my complain but give no response.First time I have complained on 25th January'11.The complain no is A25JH122564 which was informed me through message on 27th January'11.But they take no action & I again call at bsnl call center & they took my complain for second time as on dtd.5th February'11.The complain no. is BO5JH164885.But they have taken no action.I have recharge my mobile as on 20.02.11. by rs.30 & find rs.5 is deducted from my balance as on 24.02.11.

Please return my balance which was illegally deducted,other wise I will complain at consumer forum.

I want to unsubscrib cricket alert from 55888, I have sent 3 times msg to 55888 as per bsnl call center operator like UNSUB OD and CAN CKT but tilldate sms alert not stopped from bsnl and which is charging every month Rs.20/- with out my concent for renewal. My No. is [protected]. Once again request to BSNL, please deactivate the sms crticket alert from 55888 and unnecessary sms alert.

I want to deactivate/ubsubcribe from cricket alert from 55888. I have sent many sms UNSUB OD, CAN CRI to 55888 as per bsnl call center operator suggested but still not deactivate the same alert. So it is unfare and frastating me over bsnl poor service, which is without my concent charging Rs.20/- every month for renewal. Please deactivate the cricket sms from 55888. My mobile no.s is [protected].
