[Resolved]  BSNL — Mobile recharge issue

Dear sir, I paid Rs 100/- towards mobile recharge (mob no [protected]) on 31st August 2013 thr CCAvenues India Private and the same has been debited wide ref--CCA13HMYA 4831GL 5515237 to [protected] from my SBI account. However, this mobile has not been recharged till today. Kindly look into the matter and either recharge or refund the amount into my account and oblige. Thanks & regards Prakash Bhatt
