That is . UNACT does not work. First of all How can they start any paid or value added service without our permission. They need to pay for that. They not only need to return our money but also thatey need to pay compensation for the mental harassment. They will pay that. Take them to the lok adalat or their own adalat and claim each and every penny back. These telephone companies need a lesson. Apne Paise ko Unke Baap ka maal samaj liya hai.

It is they who make all those junk calls even when we are registered for DND so they need to be punished for that and only a responsible citizen can do that

about 3 months back i had applied for shifting of my mobile no. [protected] from sagar to bhopal and had submitted my application personally to mr soni, sdo at gmtd, bhopal office. moblie bill is not being sent at my address and services are being discontinued due to non payment. please do the needful at your earliest.

I am using bsnl sim no [protected] last 8 years.But last 3 months activate jokes from56505. I want deactivate jokes services from 56505.

i have been trying to connect your costumer care center from last 15days, but unfortunately i cant.but my major complaint is, i have been subscribed for some services such as joke & indiatimes & is charging Rs5 daily & Rs.2 weekly
i even send messages to unsubscribe joke subscription & charged for deactivation also, but did'nt deactivated

Dear sir/ madam, please stop d services u r providing 2 my mobile, namely cricket service and chat messenger service. Everymonth iam losing about Rs 70 for these 2 services.
