[Resolved] BSNL (Ne Circle) — WHO POCKETS MONEY PAID FOR MOBILE BILLS ? | |
Customers of BSNL Post paid mobile pay their bills regularly but is not being credited to their billing account. Ultimately, the subscriber's mobile gets disconnected due to no fault of theirs. The paid bill is shown in arrears in the forthcoming bills with a late fine imposed on the already paid bills. The BSNL Offices never picks up calls to hear customers grievances. It has also come to light that bill paid by Mr A is being credited to Mr B's account. All these mix up plus their non-interest in picking up customers' calls is of great irritation to the "valued customers" (supposed to be). Though the officials of BSNL are aware of these, they take no interest in solving the problem. The BSNL authorities better take up this matter fast as they're losing their credibility and customers are switching sides to other service providers like Airtel, Reliance, Aircell etc.. Is this problem being faced by customers of Kohima and Dimapur alone ? Was this information helpful? | |
