BSNL — New Broadband Connection issue | |||
Dear Sir, We have applied online through BSNL website for a new broadband connection. We were provided with a lead id for reference. The next day a guy came and collected the documents and Rs.500 as deposit amount. He also told us the connection will be provided within 8 to 10 days time. Its already been 10 days and we still did not get any acknowledgement or status update on our application. The person who collected the documents is not even picking the call. we are not getting any response from Customer Care even. We had been given 3 numbers already by customer care which doesnt even work. Our Lead id is KABAN[protected]. Please let me know how to proceed.
