B.S.N.L - No Network Coverage

Respected Sir,

I Suvojit Mukhopadhyay is a subcriber of BSNL Kolkata. My prepaid mobile numbers are (+91)9433651734 & (+91)9433651735 and there is one more connection is taken by my mom which is (+91)8902126936. Am I made a big mistake??.. You will think why I'm asking this question??.. Because I feel very boring to complain again & again..


If you think there should have any responsibility against customer Please improve your service & check my complains( My local VTS remains down very often & mostly in the time of load shedding) against above numbers.


I think you will understand my problem & you will take the drastic steps. For your further verification I've attached some file regarding complains.
