[Resolved] BSNL — online payment- got debited from bank but e-receipt not generated | |
Hello, I'm a Bsnl broadband user. Customer name: K.N.Indira , Ph no:[protected],Chennai. I paid last month bill through online payment. The amount got debited from IOB bank account(net banking) but in Bsnl portal it displays awaiting confirmation from bank and e-receipt is not generated. I even got entry in passbook of the IOB account for this transaction. Further the payment transaction details as displayed in Bsnl portal are:

Further all this online payments are introduced to make payment easier but if it is going to mount tension then i don't find any purpose for introducing it. After this payment I feel even standing in line and paying is much better.

Bsnl bill payment online made today 05/05/2017. No receipt issued. This happens everytime. I am fed up., why receipt doesn't come immediately on payment of bill?

Bsnl new portal is a worst one .In previous portal their was a provision to generate receipts & bills for last one year. This portal is useless one having no such provision.Moreover portal does not generate receipt after payment of bill amount. Bsnl officers are also not having any knowledge to guide customers in this line . Please do the need full otherwise i will be compelled to find a way through consumer court which will not be fare for both o[censored]s.
