BSNL — dead phone

My Telephone number[protected] is dead for last six month I have registered complient morethan 10 times with local Telephone Exchange (karakkonam Trivandrum dist) it seems local BSNL support is very poor, they are not responding.bills coming time to time
I am paying monthly rent with out using phone. please do the needful at the earliest

Dear Sir,

I am a subscriber of BSNL ( Phone # 2529454 ).
The said connection is 'Not in working order' for almost two years.
I am pained to state that despite several complaints, No action has been taken to fix the fault.
If you kindly look into the records, for last almost two years, I am getting the bills for the minimum
amount of Rs.514.00 every cycle and the same are being paid, but the deptt has not taken any action
towards the complaint.
May I hope your good ofiice will kindly look into the matter and get the needful done.

Our BSNL Phone number[protected] is out of order since past more than 4 months. We are also having broadband connection on the same line. This is our official phone & because of its nonfunctuanality our work is badly suffering.

We are getting regular bills for this number but inspite of our several complaints & personal visit to the exchange the phone line has been not yet rectified.

You are requested to please look into this matter & get it rectified immediately.

my bsnl landline phone no. is[protected], i have connection from since last 10yrs. , the instrument is also install from last 10 yrs. i have complain many times for change of wire & instrumet , but from the employee of bsnl is answering that the co. has not having stock of new wire & instrument , at my home the connection of phone is working through 3 break , the instrument is also not working properly , if i complain then they show me the instrument which is also not working properly, due to rainy season my phone is dead for 2 to 3 days due to breakage of wire , but co. is told that due to heavy rain the problem occures, my moto to complain that i want the new instrument with caller ID & new wire from the ploe

Our phone is going dead at every a month with the Internet broad band connection. As usual we are complaining the authority but the response will not be acceptable. They are taking at least three weeks to fix the problem. And it is working for the remaining one week only. But we are paying a full month rent for both of these connections. Really we have doubt about the actions of BSNL staffs. May be they are doing this purposely to help other corporate companies and surely they will get the payment. So you have to take care of it, otherwise BSNL will be a history in nearest future.All the customers will select a good company, if you will perform the same.Now our land line and broad band is still dead since one week. We will wait two more months,if there is no progress,we have to choose the same way, as noted above. So please focus the matter and rectify our connections.. The phone of many houses in village Pragpura(Paota) under district Jaipur get dead for many days. On complaint about same it is advised to surrender the phone. It is being told that as National highway work is going on, phone services will be erratic. This ia a very much injustice to the people of this village.
sir, my telephone No[protected] is unserviceable since last one weeks.
when contacted with concern authority, it was told that the bill of Sep2010 was not paid. whereas the bill of sep10 was already paid at the appropriate date. the photocopy of the respective bill and and the receipt was already submitted to the authority.but still the telephone is unserviceable.

After a long period, (after 9 months)I realised that bsnl will not rectify my problem.So, I am going to disconnect my bsnl landline connection.Iam saying goodbye to bsnl.Iam giving this message to the people who thinking about the landline of bsnl, You are all ...forgot bsnl...
