Dear Sir,
I
am one of the subscribers of BSNL post paid land phone
(wireless) connection ([protected]).
It is very disappointing service we are getting form BSNL.
Each time we report
a complaint related to telephone, instead of suggesting an
amicable solution,
officers simply advice to surrender this connection if there
is any grievance and don't tell to us, we are helpless.
They
are not at all bothered about customer voice/ service.
Now I came to know the way BSNL losing its customers.
We
requested to replace the telephone due to several reasons
(Battery complaint,
charger complaint, Display complaint, Signal complaint)
repeatedly @ our exchange
(Valluvambram). They will hold our connection and phone 1 or
2 weeks and will
provide another old phone surrendered by any other customer.
Again phone will
be complaint with in few weeks or months.
At
present also my connection is out of service due to same
complaint mentioned
above and I have returned the phone requesting replacing the
same. this time also we got reply from
officers.
