Dear Official,

This is in reference with the above subject matter.Due to poor signal quality and voice quality I am suffering a lot.In my office at 22,Camac Street,3rd Floor,'D' Block,Kolkata-700016,very feeble signal strength is available.So,neither can communicate nor receive any call to communicate.After receiving call,if try to talk the mobile shows"NETWORK FAIL'.But it has been noticed since last one month the signal & service quality of BSNL has deteriorated considerably.

So,would like to request to resolve the issue with your kind cooperation.

Bsnl Prepaid moibile service — Bad Voice clarity

Dear Sir,
I m residence in Ambap Villege near Shiroli M.I.D.C Kolhapur ,

We are Facing Bad voice clarity as well as call dropping problem in west direction only ,

we are compleint near bsnl customer care but they not response to me.

please solve this matter urgently

BSNL — poor signal

Hi,

The bsnl signal is poor in meridian plaza , it near to lal bungalow, ameerpet Hyderabad from past one month.

Please look in to this issue ASAP.

bsnl voice call — poor network condition

my wife having maharastra bsnl no [protected] recentlly transfer to korba chattisgarh many times she has selected network mannually but she is not geting network mobile shows full tower but she cant call nor recive call it is not with here only but also with the local bsnl no waha log kahatey hai bsnl hai to kam nahi karega .

Dear Official,

This is further to my unresolved complain on 28.09.12.The problem still persisting.Facing severe problem to receive call & even unable to do outgoing calls at all inside my office TRF Limited at 22, Camac Street, 3rd Floor, 'D' Block, Kolkta-700122.

Need your kind intervention to resolve this issue w.e.f.
