I am a Prepaid custmore of your network (BSNL. i.e .[protected]) since last 03 years, I had problem of message sending to home mobile it would not able to sent but the msg cost also deducted from my account balance. in this regards i have more than try to custmore care but not connecting properly and while call is process suddently automically disconnect . so how can told about my problem to BSNL. kindly may considred my case earliest.

BSNL Prepaid — Last SMS cost Rs.25.00
In regular interval Rs.25/- has been deducted towards last SMS cost. But no SMS or any other facility has been availed by me. Wrongly the amounts are being deducted from my account. Specially the amount deducted in late night hour. Since last three to four months it has been noticed by me. Last date of deduction is 07.09.2009. Please verify and necessary rectification may be made. My mobile No. is [protected]. (Prepaid) My mobile number is [protected] and I am having a pre paid account and the balance amount remaining is 85Rs.
But still I am unable to make any outgoing calls from yesterday(sep14, 2009)...Please help me on this regard.

For last three months Rs.25/- is being deducting from my account balance on every month 4th day with a message that " Your last SMS call is Rs25/- & balance is -----".I have no caller tune facility.
I lodged my complaints many a times to customer care, but no result. My last Complaint Number is 3848914.
Please advise whether to cancell my SIM or other else.
Please suggest at the earliest.This type of incident is not at all expected from BSNL.

I have prepaid mobile no [protected]. I received a message from 53030 "Tloves" message I have been charged Rs 5.00 /-as subscription renewal fee. for the last three months. Please do not charge any amount without our confirmation. They allways charge me without any confirmaqtion. You reverse these charges of Rs 5/- & in future I do not want to subscribe for any TLOVE SMS from 53030. Please do not deduct any amount. Please confirm
BSNL mobile prepaid services — Deduction of money on the name of tone renew

I am using this ([protected]) sim card for the past 7 years for the past one month for the out going only one number[protected] to this number only out goings are not going from my sim there enough balance and validiti period also there. I had bookied the complients to the coustomer care 3 time they are not replying in a responsible manner. (First complient was done on 3ed jan.2010. and then second 5th jan 2010. the complient numbers is KT[protected]) daily the are telling some resons but still the phone is not working for that number only that my oldage mom is there she is a diapetic patent. after seeing this give kind attention reg, this matter.

I AM THE USER OF BSNL PREPAID MOBILE
I HV A SERIOUS COMPLAINT .
EVERYTIME, IT TAKES ALMOST 1 HOUR OR MORE, TO RECHARGE MY A.C, AFTER I PAID AND RECHARGED IT AT ANY O[censored]R AGENTS.
MANY A TIME, I HV FOUGHT AND TAKEN THE MONEY BACK FROM THEM .
BUT LATER I REALISED IT, ITS THE SAME PROBLEM EVERYWHERE.
ITS BSNL'S SLOW SERVICE AND WORST OF COURSE.
WHY BSNL IS PROVIDING SERVICE IN SUCH A WAY AS IT IS IN 18TH CENTURY?
CALLS FROM OTHER MOBILES DO NOT CONNECT TO BSNK, QUICKLY
I BETTER NAME THIS COMPANY AS GRANNY COMPANY
