BSNL Prepaid Mobile — Connection Fail

I am prepaid user of BSNL GSM Service in last two year.My Mobile Number is:[protected].I Like BSNL.But the thing that GPRS Failed in the past 22 days.Dated 16/11/2011 had the GPRS Pack of Rs.98.But GPRS at the pack of my life was wasted not Aktiv.Let me complete faith in BSNL.Let me apologize for the fact that twenty two days after interner service is not restored're going to lodge a complaint here.Thank you.
