BSNL Prepaid Mobile — about devotional alarm

sir,

in my mobile no.+91 [protected] devotional alarm is activate but i do not how it is activate. now i call to BSNL cusomer care [protected] to de-activate this fasality but they do not help me how de-activate . i facining this problem about one month ago.

plz. short out this problem

I am user of bsnl prepaid in Etawah Distt. I want to stop unnecessary sms from bsnl on my phone. I have tried many times to talk in customer care but I'm unable due to cut off the phone after saying this cutomer care executive se baat karne ke liye 6 dabayein.
Pls inform me at my email address about solution of my complain.
I have recharge my mobile by easymobilerecharge.com, on 23, july, 2010. balance is deducted from my account while my phone is not recharged. my phone no. is [protected]. name ajeet. I have connection of bsnl prepaid.

Today i read an add in news paper that on recharge of 280/- i will get validity of one year and talk value of 200/- when i recharged through flexi my mobile number : [protected] the amount RS.280 i got on 40 /- in balence. In this regard i talked to customer care they said i should receive Rs.200/- but may be system has not been updated . kindly resolve this problem.

Hi.

I am one of the customer of BSNL PREPAID SERVICE(UP WEST). the perpose of sending you a mail is that
I facing a big trable from your services. manly my concer on wrong balance dedauction.
Every time i got a dedauction in a month 2&3 times. and the dedauction of buks is 50 and now in same month
i was called in customer care on 1st march 11 regarding same concern.
he give me a complent nomberC01up383772, (ON 5th march11 C05UP421425) and told me that you have to wait for 24 to 48 hrs.
but no one can botherd about this complent and past from one week i continue facing this problem.
So my hamble request to you please take a action on this concern while i using this connection for a future...

i am working in a paramilitry force. i buy a B.S.N.L prepaid sim under the plan of paramilitry scheme. and the sim is also active. but after 2 days it will not work under the scheme which offered by. i will not get 20 minites free daily for the 2 number which was given. i also recharged 99 plan.

I and my wife have Sim nos. [protected] and [protected] since 02.02.2012 when I call my son in Cardiff, U.K. on
[protected] and [protected] I do not get through with the calls but still Rs.8/= is deducted. This is happening daily without using loosing money.Where as when calling from Air tel Sim this problem does not occur.
