[Resolved]  BSNL PREPAID RECHARGE TOP UP — Top up recharge not done, but amount deducted from a/c

The below mentioned mail and replies from HDFC. Please go through the same and do the needful. I also talk to your Customer care centre, but they informed me that they are not in a position to do my request.

Please do the needful since I have to get the total recharge amount of Rs.165/- to my mobile [protected]. Eagerly waiting for ur favourable reply.

With reference to problem explained in my earlier mails regarding BSNL prepaid recharge failure for Rs.110/- on[protected]. Today i.e.[protected] again I have recharged with your esteemed Bank using Net Banking. But today also same problem, Rs.55/- amount deducted from my SB A/c No.[protected]. Then I have taken up the matter with BSNL. They have taken the complaint but they need Transaction ID. I have given the Narration and Ref No. displaying in my account. But, BSNL informed me Transaction ID starts from some alphabets. Please send the Transaction ID of both transactions so that I can inform the same to BSNL for further action. Recharge Screen shots attached herewith for ready reference.

top up Rs 500/- — full talk value not received.

I regret to inform you that i have not received the talk time of rs 155/- till now out of Rs 600/-.
I have contacted your service outlet vinayak telecom at ratu road, Ranchi.But only noted my complaints two times which I personally met with them.And your customer care at[protected] is a great joke.Noted my complaints at least 10 times and assured tht the talk time will be available to you within 24 to 72 hours.But how long and how many time i will contact with you?
I hope that this mail will not be the repetation of my bitter experience as a subscriber of smart GSM service at Jharkhand.
my mobile no [protected] recharge date 30/10/2008 and voucher serial no 16436285.
I again request you for the short amount Rs 155/- immediately.

Bsnl Prepaid Recharge — NOT PAY SCHEME PAYMENT

i AM DOING RECHARGE OF 5618RS. i WAS TAKEN BALANCE OF RS.6700 BUT FOR THE SCHEME AMOUNT NOT RECEIVE. SCHEME AMOUNT RUPEES 800RUPEES. SO PLEASE GIVEN MY 800RUPEES SCHEME AMOUNT...

BSNL — TOP UP NET BNKG: NOT CHARGED

These of are the days of "instantaneousness".



But, in between, lesser mortals like me, are victims.



The point I wish to bring your notice is,



Thru' Net banking (I've account with SBT-KANNADY Br.), I'd made a transaction for BSNL TOPUP (Tel no [protected]-in my son's name) the pre-paid connection.



Status of transaction indicated then (2/3/09) was awaiting reply from bank.



Two days later (4/3/09), fate of the same transaction indicated in the BSNL site was "success" (!).



Alas, I'm quite unaware whose "success" really it was (?)

-since my son's mobile hadn't recharged yet (06/03/09).



Screen shots of respective instances are enclosed.



Sir, hereafter, kindly teach me, decidedly what is pragmatic, connected with these types of instances.



I urge you to intercept and arrest these tendencies, which could embrace a flavor of day light looting of common man, If went un-noticed.



Since Rs.55/- is only a matter of penny for the corporates, where as the same pennies are our own “fortune" for commoners like me.

HDFC Bank — bbservice.bsnl.in

To verify mu internet usage, I tried to open the site
bb services.bsnl.in. I tried several occassions but failed.
Please help to open the site.

Prepaid top up — top up problem

I am statying surat, My father-in-law statying at vizianagaram, Andhrapradesh. He is visited Surat, Gujarat 10 days back. He is having andhrapradesh Air tel prepaid connection. Mobile No.:[protected]. I have E-charged Rs.100/- . But message gives "Sucessfully E-charged your talk time balance is "Zero". E-charge customer ID is [protected].
Surprisingly your customer care centre in surat donot know the solution for this, as they said you loss your Rs.100/-. Nobody giving proper reply. I try to explain this problem with andhra pradesh customer care, but not success. For this communication I have already wasted Rs.32/- from other telephone.
I have written SMS(E-charge),so if you also not giving proper reply I will go to consumer form.

BSNL — Not received prepaid amount

Hello Sir,

I recharged my mobile with a sum of 112 rupees thru ICICI bank's online prepaid mobile recharge facility.
My ICICI bank account shows, transaction successful and showing ID as [protected]. even though I confirmed this number with ICICI bank representative. Date on which i recharged is 2nd October 2009.
I am not yet received the amount as a balance till now.

Number of times I called to BSNL customer care and the representatives not giving the proper response and they reject to register a complaint.

I hope i provide all the information required. If any thing need i will provide them as requested.
Please help me in this regard.

hello,
on 5 nov 2009. i have been recharge my account with ammount of 230 for internet connection by bsnal prepaid.
my rechage has been succesfull.but net connection does't establish. my friend also facing that probleam.

BSNL — Top up of mobile not done

Sir I had recharged my mobile No.[protected] through BSNL online
First i charged for rs 220/- when it was usucssesful i charged again for 220/- but my mobile was not charged. Both this amount was takken from my Bank account. when i complaind to customer service they said as there was a problem on server on 24/11/09 mabe it will be o.k within 12 hrs but till now nothing has happend

BSNL — mobile top up recharge through netbanking hdfc

sir on 09/12/09and10/12/09 topup rs.100and 100 through netbanking hdfc refnos.[protected] and[protected] the amount deduct from my account but not recharge to my mobile hdfc complint no HYD033705 on 15/12/09 kindly do needful and take necessary acction my mobile no [protected]

BSNL — PREPAID MOBILE RECHARGE, VALIDITY NOT BEEN PROVIDED

I have recharge my prepaid mobile no. [protected] (Rajasthan Circle) through ICICI Bank Portal dated 12th January-2010. I have given request for Prepaid Recharge amount 1100/-.The amount 998/-was credited in the account. But talk time validity is not been provided. When I contact at IN Chandigarh, they told me that it was Flexi-Recharge. But I have not requested for this. My request was simply for Recharge-with Validity.

The Biller details showing on the ICICI portal is-

Sir,
I have problem with a prepaid connectivity in the West Bengal circle with no. [protected]. After due recharge it became 'invalid'. After complaining BSNL response is 'SIM' is not OK ! It is your SIM and in a mobile, which is not in use for getting invalid, how a SIM can get defective? Now what to do? BSNL is not hassle free.
Sir, it's unfair means towards customers about your Ind. Day scheme of Rs. 110 recharge, giving validity of 365 days & talktime of Rs.100. I recharged my mobile no. [protected] with Rs. 110 recharge on 15Aug 2010 & I got Rs. 74.99 & validity of one month. you have not cleared in ur notification that it should be paper recharged not the flexi recharge.

BSNL — Prepaid mobile topup recharge not happended

I have tride to topup recharge following moblie numbers, Money is deducted from the account but

Hi i recharged my mobile for 50rs from hdfc account. Its Idea cellular, the amount debited immediately but mobile recharge not happend. What is the way to recover an amount.
