BSNL Prepaid SIM Card — unable to unsubscribe to cricket alerts service

My sim card bearing number [protected] is prepaid. I have to change this card in life time prepaid. Please give the guideline to me

BSNL SIM — unsubscribing chat

My problem is that, bsnl co is charging me unauthorized charges for chat subscribe, sending by BP-126300 from last several month. so please stop that immidiatly. O/W I will complain in consumer forum. Pl. stop it and refund my Balance. (my U.P.Secretariate CUG mobile no-[protected])

Same happened with me. Wat to do not getting. We should complain to consumer forum for this against BSNL prepaid.
