Prepaid Sim Lock

Dear Sir,

I had lost my mobile (nokia c2-03) with two activated sim cards (BSNL : 9432451900 & TATA DOCOMO:9038837379) on 16/6/2012.Kindly Lock those sim no's and the phone whose IMIE no's are:351693053700388 and 351693053700396.

Priyanka Mandal lost her phone set with the activated sim card (9477215743) tomorrow on May 16, 2013. Please lock her sim immediately and tell further procedure to get the same number.
