[Resolved] BSNL' PRM service — BSNL is not provide me this service while i am paying rent for this service last 9 months. | |
Hello i have this number[protected], and i have an "intelligent Network" service as "Primium rate service" on this number. this service was start on this number on 23rd jan 2009 but from that begin day to yet it is not working as such, i have complaint it several time to my concern office, i.e. Area Manager shahdra, GM Ghaziabad, I also met with all the concern person and also visit them too but they never ever help me and just said to me " we did not know what is this service you should talk higher authority " but i did not know who one is the higher authority while BSNL has this product in their product line of “intelligent Network’ and activated it on my number too. I continuously paying for that service Rs 500 each month .i did not get any detailed bill of this service as it is "revenue share phone line " . My primium rate service number is [protected]. i listen about this number by phone on 23rd Jan by one of BSNL employee. i did not get any written paper of this service activation till today. Now my complaints are 1- Continue my all service as such as it is 'primium rate service number' 2- Send written paper of activation service on my number and guideline of this service as i could know how of this service properly. 3- As it is 'revenue share service' guide line for share money or payment in between BSNL and me. 4- I lost my last 9 month and I am paying for this service without any use, I have a big loss so I am asking compensation for this time. I am still waiting of your kind response as I am very hurt. I want justice as I am very suffered by BSNL for 9 months.
