Unwanted and so many missed calls so i want list of incoming and outgoing calls with name of callers. The statement from 01.01.2012 to 29.11.2013. Thank u. Update that Complaint Dear Sir Pls send the statement as earlier as possible to my email-id [protected]@gmail.com May 01, 2014 roshu-g's response still the phone is unable to receive incoming calls.i think the bsnl is not at all taking it seriosly.since bsnl sent a man to chek it at home.it is all good at customer side he said & then said that there was some problem from exchange & he would notify them and the phone would get start by evening.but still problem not resolved.

i too have a same problem i am not able to avail my number portability. if i sent a sms message come sending failed and i contact customer care they said server is down what to do.

BSNL — slow 3g speed
I am a old bsnl customer and my no is [protected].I am facing slow speed in 3g network in my town.I recharged with 25 rs 3g pack and speed i am getting is 20KBps 2g speed in 3g recharge.while my frnd is getting 5mbps in same network.with same plan.i want the speed i deserve in 3g network.anim

BSNL — L/L telephone no.24073585 is dead
L/Line tele no 24073585 is not working for the last about one week.I had tried to contact and register complaint on phone. Telephone rings but no oneanswers.I had also tried to register complaint on line but the websites are so confusing that even after 2days trial icould not register.I am a senior citizen nearing 70, it is not possible to go around the offices. finally I found this site and registering my complaint.Please do needful to restore the line.

BSNL — not being provided with broadband and landline despite waiting for more than 2 weeks
I have requested for providing Broadband from BSNL, in pune Camp since past 2 weeks , however so called No. 1 tele company ie BSNL, yet in developed city like Pune and in heart of the city, in Wanowrie, camp they are unable to provide the services in 21st century!!! Great about India and i actually feel proud of Claiming myself Indian, and in developed city!!! What an irony......
