My broadband connection at my telephone number 91-20-25820646 has not been working for the last about a week. Suddenly at the time of connecting to DATAONE it has started showing the message " your password or id is not correct". while I have not changed the same nor altered. Repeatedely trying to contact the concerened person at Khadki Exchange has not yielded any result.
Dial-up internet is not working on telephone no 2457481 since last five months. Problem of remote computer i.e. server connectivity appears. Applied for broad band connection during April-May 2007. Now understood application is un-traceble
Our broadband not working from last 10 days. My visited at Kothrud exchange at least 20 times. But nobody look after. All the avoiding works. They are taking shelter either of port or binding. No body ready to do the work. Services are very bad. If not improved immediately I will surrender my land line & broad band. Because my need is broadband & not land line. As & when they connected broad band land line remains dead most of times. If situation not improved immediately I will not pay any deposit, rent, bill, modem charges. Working of Kothrud exchange is not customer freindly. Immediate steps needed to improve it. I request to concern authority to look in to matter personely. I also request to aquent these thing to Principal General Manager.Things not improved customer will not turn to BSNL
Our broadband is not working from last 45 days.Have visited wakad exchange at least 10 times. have been calling Mr. Dolas - 9423507001 & Mr. Yadav on 27270000 / 27260000 many times. He does not have the courtsey to respond. Exchange employees are lethargic and negative attitude minded lot. They are deliberately avoiding or pushing the buck from one table to another. Nobody is interested to resolve the issue but all are in prolonging the complaint. All are intentionally avoiding work. They are taking shelter either of port or binding. No body ready to do the work. Services are very bad. If not improved immediately, we will surrender our land line & broad band. we are intiating the process of refund of monthly fixed amount as we are unable to utilise services. when they connect broad band, land line remains dead most of times. I request the concerned authority to look in to matter personally. We also request the Principal General Manager to look into this on urgent basis. BSNL is steadily moving towards worse from BAD. My broad Band not working again. The services are very worst. Therefore I will not make the payment of bill. Please dissconnect my landline & broad band. I will change my service provider.
No body look after towards the esteem customer.
My broad band is very slow for the last four weeks. It takes around 80 seconds for OUTLOOK EXPRESS to open. I cannot enjoy videos - buffering after every 45 seconds or so. I made complaint a couple of times and there is no improvement. Previously the services were very efficient.
The broad band connection is given from telephone line. Internet disturbance is prevailing when telephone is operated, from day one of the broad band connection. The local inspectors, line men are unable to attend and solve the problem. While using internet, when an incoming phone call comes, the internet either disconnects or the phone line will be very noicy. The speed as specified by bsnl i.e., 100mbps is not really comming. I want some one to attend this problem personally from the bsnl side and solve this inconvenience.
I bought the bsnl broad band connection last 4 months back. My No. is 27887393. I am totally unhappy of your services. When call the Thiruttani BSNL Broad Band Service Prividers, always come with modem to their office. When reach office they said its our chennai connectivity problem. It will recetified another one or two days. I never seen these types of services.
Please kindly look into this matter very serious and urgent. And do the needfull.
The services provided by the BSNL PUNE are really pathetic. The dept has no responsibility whatsoever.
1.My tele instrument is lying faulty since last 22 days. complaint lodged, personal visits. and personally requesting lineman to change the instrument has failed.
2. My broadband is not responding.complaint also lodged, on 28 aug, docket no 201362spoken to GM personally at 24451333 still no response. who is to be blamed? why govt is spending so much on this dept. is it heading the air india way.Pl do something.
This is to inform you that Broadband service has been discontinued since last one month.
It was assumed that the bill that was under dispute and the delay caused for want of clarification, thereby your office must have discontinued the broadband facility. However having paid the bill amount still the connectivity has not been established. The error of 815 is CONTINUOSLYappearing while opening, THE SAME has been personally registered with the concerned officials on 17th September 09. It was told that a technician would come and attend the error. But nothing has happened. Please do the needful at the earliest.

For making Broadband service complaint I have been given Tel. No. 26334480 from BSNL office itself. However, since two days I am trying this number but continuously received busy tone. For lodging Broadband connectivity error, I cannot go to Hadapsar office every time. Once I had been & registered the complaint. I was told a technician would come and attend the error. If complaint is not attended and Broadband facility remained de-activated for one-month then still am I liable to pay the monthly charges?
Pl. confirm. The error is 815
I have a BSNL broadband connection. The problem that I'm facing since last 4 months is.. its gettting connected and then every after almost 15 min.. its getting disconnected..
I told lot of time to DE.. but still they are not taking any action.. he always tell me that.. today its not possible coz the guy is on leave, today the guy will come and check the wire, today I will definately look into this situation.. sometimes he says that the problem is at your home only..
if the problem is at my home only then why this hell BSNL is working fine in Cyber Cafe which is just opposite my home.. ?
I hope somebody will take care of these kind of issues.. other we think that its true that Govt employee are Govt employee only.. they just come to the office.. sign in the muster and thats it..

I HAVE PROBLEM NET CONNECT. THERE IS VERY SLOW TO CONECT SOME TIME NO CONECTION. I HAVE BROAD BAND CONECTION. I HAVE ALREADY COMPLENT OUR AREA EXTENTION OFFICE BUT THERE IS NO USE. SO PLZ REGISTER MY COMPLENT TAKE ACTION IMMIDEATLY.
