BSNL Punjab(Bathinda SSA) — Less Transfer of Recharge amount in C-Top

I have transfer Rs.1122/-C-Top from [protected] to [protected] on 12/10/08 at 16.02, Ref. No.[protected], But it give only 80/-Talk Time & 6 month Validity.But At that time their is scheme of Rs.1100/-talk time & 1 year Validity.I give written Complaint to BTI-2 Franchise from where I activate this C-Top Sim, They say we forward this problem to BSNL, But till date there is no reply.So Ur requested please, Do needful & make adjustment
