BSNL — about bad service, and without activation of service balance deduction | |||
hi sir/ mam My name is sateesh kumar sharma from Lucknow my number is [protected], i bought this number before 4-5 months, on this number balence was deducitng without my knowledge i complained many times in bsnl customer care but till now they are unable to inform me that which service was activated on my number, till now my total balence has been deducted 180 rs. Whenever i called to cust care number they puts my call on hold for long time 15- 60 min. when they come back they sayes"aap ki dikkat jald door ho jayegi bsnl mei call karne ke liye dhanywad." i have one another number [protected]. Now i am unable to call on [protected] number from [protected] number from 5 days whenever i called i am getting responce that"all rootes are busy" every time. cust. care excatives are not giving any resone or any solution. pls take action what you need.
