I am submitted my phone set, connecting box and last bill copy including payment receipt (provided by post office during bill payment) with application to disconnect connection due to non-availability of service from a long time on Oct, 2011.
During all things submission at Shahpur exchange I am talking about confirmation with BSNL employee but he refuse to giving any receiving as a proof with reason there is no need and also no procedure of giving receiving as a proof. After submission all asset of BSNL with application for disconnect connection I am received continuously bill from BSNL till date.
Now I am raised an online complaint (HPR/CO/2012/6602) but ticket closed with reference disconnect due to non-payment, which is not right because I am also submitted last bill payment copy with phone-set. Although I am submit 1-2 bills after submission of phone set also.
Now need your help to resolve the issue:-
• Last calling record for no[protected], to track when (date/month/year) last call make from this no.
• Payment history for no[protected].
• How much time I am paying bill without any service received.
i am also continuously follow-ups with BSNL through email but they have no reply. Was this information helpful? |
