BSNL — Recharge not done but bank account debited - no refund | |
Online Sales txn for My BSNL mobile [protected] at portal.bsnl.in Ref No. [protected] dt 05.08.2013 for Rs. 302 was done. My Bank account debited on same day but on 06.08.2013 i received SM that recharge could be not be done, CONTACT customer care. I have send SMS on 51503 various tiems. but they have neither refunded nor recharged my mobile. Was this information helpful? | |
