SHIFTING OF LAND LINE TELEPHONE

I HAD GIVEN FOR SHIFTING OF LAND LINE TELEPHONE NO. 08028511316 FROM MARATHAHALLI TO VIDYARANYAPURA ON 25,04,2012.
MY NUMBER OF ENQUIRIES REGARDING SHIFTING OF TELEPHONE HAS NOT YIELDED ANY POSITIVE RESPONSE EVEN THOUGH IT IS MORE THAN A MONTH. I AM NOT SURE WHETHER THE ABOVE SERVICE IS DISCONNECTED TILL DATE AVOIDING MISUSE.
VERY POOR SERVICE. CONCERNED AUTHORITIES TO INITIATE ACTION.

Sir I am Baburaj D I was residing at Magadi Road, I had disconnected my land line connection - 23203094 in 2008 in reason of shifting my house to seegehalli Bangalore 49 Now I want to shift the Land Line with Internet facility. How can you help me? what are the procedure I need to follow? my email - babubeth@gmail.com cam you please help me in this matter?
