i am using bsnl broad band connection .
how can i know the port id .
so, that i want to see my usage details

I am provided with a typical user id which your department staff themselves are astonished to notice and asked me whether it is my choice? would you advise me how to change my user id?

yes..their seems to be problem with bsnl's selfare portal for hyderbad broadband users.
looks like thier is some billing software problem..:-). and portal is not getting updated & it has bandwidth problem also it can accept only limited connections to that server.

when i approached bsnl customer care locally, they have give me following method to check usage.
need to send sms text 'bbu bb_tel_no' to [protected] from non bsnl mobile and from bsnl mobile send it to 52295.

when you call up 1500 .from bsnl tel ;.they give back dated usage details...

i tried get usage details from non bsnl mobile, but that sms is chargable.
:-)...we need to pray to god..for getting services working properly...

good thing is that not facing any hurldes interms of broadband connectivity and its data transfer rates..

hi sir, i'm unable to check my usage, bsnl have provided a website selfcare.sdc.bsnl.co.in but that website is not working from last 10 days and also i've registered in that website but till now bsnl people didn't give any intimation

sir i am not able to view my usage and details in this web site data bsnl.in since one week finding lot of problem my contact no is [protected] dont know how much i have used using home plan 500 and bill exceds later since 1 month no action is taken i complained to customer care exchange but no serious action is taken on it if not taken i am lodging a case against bsnl

hi this is ameer.iam having brondband connection under plan home 500 C.Iam unable to check my usage.i have registered in that wibesiteone month before but till now bsnl pepole didn't give any customer virification call. and i call to customer office also to tell him about this problem but no responce from them also .so plz its my kindly request to you to look into the matter and help us.

BRODBAND USAGE

I HAVE BSNL BROADBAND RIGHT NOW WITH THE PLAN OF 250 RS.IYESTERDAY I GOT A NOTIFICATION THAT YOUR 250 PLAN = 1 GB IS OVER.ALSO, THAT IF YOU WANT TO STILL USE THE SERVICE SPECIFIED CHARGE SHALL BE TAKEN.I JUST WANT TO KNOW MY PRESENT STATUS OF THE PLAN.

I am unable to know my broadband usage since three or four months.That particular portal doesnot work as was previously.When enquired at customer care center at Kavadiguda Accounts office, Hyderabad I was given a website as "selfcare.sdc.bsnl.co.in", but it has not worked. Please let me know why it is so cumbersome to know how much I hace used. My phone No. is[protected].

I have shifted from 250plan broadband to 500C + plan, I want to know the usage of the net, but the website is not opening, I am worried how to check the usage.
