[Resolved] BSNL SIM — Activation

I bought a BSNL sim on 10/12/12(Monday) from a retailer (Manas, [protected]),He told me that, your sim will be activated within 12/12/12 and network will come and call 1507 for document verification. Still there is no network in my phone. So i went to BSNL Customer service Office which is situated at Patia, Bhubaneswar. And they said me that, original document is sent to Head office at Rupali Square, Bhubaneswar. Today is the 4th day ,at first retailer said that sim will be activated within 24 hrs, but now he is saying that, you have to wait for more 4 to 5 days
I have no option left. So i have complained in your site, Please help me...

I had bought a new sim [protected] but it hasn't been activated yet..whenever I used to call on 1507, it's been ringing all the time but no body pick up the call.thats the Telecom services that our govt has given to us.my number hasn't been activated since more than, 1 week..so I used to complain for that thing..
