CONNECTION PROBLEM/ NOT REGISTERED/ NO GPRS SERVICE

I INSTALLED A MICROMAX 3G USB MODEM WITH BSNL LOGO, WITH BSNL SIM NO-8275752270, TO MY LAPTOP FOR INTERNET SERVICE.

CONNECTION IS UNPREDICTABLE/ NO GPRS OR 3G SERVICE/ BALANCE ENQUIRY SHOWS NULL. I HAVE SUBMITTED ALL DOCUMENTS
AND HAVE SEVERAL BSNL MOBILE SIM( NOS- 9403612547/9403612572/ LANDLINE NO- 07239-241049) ENSURE PROPER SERVICE AND REGISTRATION.
HOW CAN I GET BROADBAND MOBILE INTERNET SERVICE?
