[Resolved]  BSNL Tamilnadu Circle — Landline no:[protected] Dead

Sir,
My Telephone no:[protected] is dead for the past five days. In spite of booking of complaints no action is being taken to rectify it. I was told that its due to "Cable Fault", whenever the KK Nagar, Madurai exchange is approached. In the last two months in similar occasions they took 20 days to correct it. As a result, my telephone worked for 20 days only for the past 60 days. Still, they are claiming the bill for telephone and broad band as usual. Kindly advise me what to do next?

Sir this is Anand our landline number is[protected] keeariapaty, harur, dharmapuri Dt. past 2 two months our land line not working properly, we informed keeraipatty telephone exchange officer lot of times but they simply say cable problem howmany days these problem has occured, otherwise they say you change will phone. he wont take any step and response. After that we informed harur telephone exchange. but that problem still continue. In keeraipatty telephone exchange there is nobody take any response so kindly rectify it.
Please take responsible for that and clear that problem as soon as possible.

The home unlimited in broadband connection is big fraud. In the connection chart they gave the connection speed will be 256 Kbps. But actually you are connected to 20-30 KBps only. It is restricted to 30 Kbps in the Bsnl computer system itself. After line loss you will get only 20-30 Kbps.
Atleast they can allow unlimited 256 kbps during the night ie., 2.00 Am to 8.00 Am as allowed in the 500 Combo plan.
In home unlimited you will get a feel of browsing in dialup only. Anybody take up this to the minister or decision maker level.

I agree to views of your consumer regarding the broadband connection in home unlimited. It is not a BB unlimited but limited only. It is better to use a dial up than this connection. Atleast they can allow unlimited [ ie 256 Kbps] in the usual night unlimited as allowed in other plans. Anybody take up this matter for discussion in BSNL meetings.

I am using my bsnl landline No.[protected] for the past 10 years, the line is faulty for the last two months. We are complaint to Thiruppattur Exchange through Mr. Chandra Sekhar SDM, Sivaganga Distt, in spite of booking of complaints no action is being taken to rectify it. It was told that its due to "Cable Fault" i am very much dissatisfied with your service, i am just booking complaints for the last 60 days, i cant do anything more than this. i am very sure that i will not pay the bill for the next month.

I AM USIN BSNL BROADBAND HOME PLAN 750+. EXCHANGE REP SAYS MY SPEED IS 256 KB. WHEN I GET A NEW CONNECTION FROM BSNL. BUT NOW IM GETTING ONLY 32KB SPEED ONLY..IS IT FRAUDELENT OR ANY TECHNICHAL PROBLEM IN MY CONNECTION ? BUT I AM GOING TO TELEPHONE EXCHANGE REGULARLY ( DAILY ). NOT USE.. ALWAYS MY AREA LINE MAN IS LEAVE. VERY POOR SERVICE. SOMETIMES HE CAM AND DOING SOMETHING BUT STILL I HAVE SAME PROBLEM. BUT HE ASK ME MONEY FROM ME, EVERYTIME HE CAME.

I got BSNL broad band connection at in this month, But This net connection not connected constantly Still now." The DSL is not Stable". I forwarded this complaint through 1500, 197, and[protected],[protected], & Local exchange, But no one did not response for this complaint, i did not get any solution for this problem, so i feel trouble up-to 19 days.

BSNL Tamilnadu Circle — caller ID facility

Hi,

I have requested for caller ID facility for my landline number[protected] months back and it not yet been provided. I have given a letter regarding this in the telephone exchange at nannilam and i am not getting any proper reply/communication for there.

Bsnl Sulur Coimbatore is a sleepy Office the worst in the entire BSNL Group They chaise away coustomers who come to book landline connection they ask us to take WLL connection they say if you book a connection you will not get a connection for atleast 5 years!!! openly!!!

Our BSNL Landline was dead last January 2010, we mada a compliant on that they fixed the problem after a week we got the problem so we complainted again there is no response from the telephone exchange its arround one year we are paying the bill with using the phone. Please guide me what to do regarding this, i m planing to go for the consumer court.
Iam a customer of telephone #[protected], have regular fault and it leads long days even after complaint. We are using it over a period of 16 years. And due to number we are depending this connection. But the fault are more compared previous years. So pls give us remody or cancel the connection

Puliyamangalam, ARAKKONAM – 631004.

I had surrendered the above landline on 8.9.2011 and the same was acknowledged by your SDE(Phone), Arakkonam, Vellore SSA.

Please refer to my earlier letters dated 6.9.2011 and 27.10.2011 wherein I had requested for refund of the security deposit of Rs.2000/- paid by me vide your Receipt Ref: 75643 dated 22.12.1997.

It is stated in the monthly bill under Item No.VI(d), interest at the rate of 10% p .a. is payable in case the refund of security deposit is not done within 60 days of surrender of the landline. More than 2 months have elapsed since I had surrendered the landline connection and I am yet to receive the refund.

It is therefore requested that the security deposit is refunded immediately and with interest @ 10 % p.a. till the date of refund.
