[Resolved]  BSNL Tamilnadu Circle — Landline no:[protected] Dead

Sir,
My Telephone no:[protected] is dead for the past five days. In spite of booking of complaints no action is being taken to rectify it. I was told that its due to "Cable Fault", whenever the KK Nagar, Madurai exchange is approached. In the last two months in similar occasions they took 20 days to correct it. As a result, my telephone worked for 20 days only for the past 60 days. Still, they are claiming the bill for telephone and broad band as usual. Kindly advise me what to do next?

BSNL ORGANISATION IS VERY GOOD AND ITS PLANS ARE ALSO VERY REASONABLE BUT THE SERVICES ARE VERY VERY POOR EVEN THOUGH THE DEPARTMENT IS PROVIDING SUFFICIENT INFRASTRUCTURE. SINCE THE REASON MAY BE PUBLIC SECTOR. UTHUKOTTAI-602026 EXCHANGE, KANCHIPURAM CIRCLE, THIRUVALLUR DISTRICT IS VERY VERY BAD. NO ONE WILL TAKE CARE OF COMPLAINTS AND NO AUTHORITY RESPOND YOUR COMPLAINTS. POOR POOR.
land line[protected] not working...complaint lodged..still not rectified

my land line number is[protected] line is not work last 2 months, am comlaint 198 and bsnl office in ramnad . no respond . please help and solve this problem
My residence phone no.[protected] is not functioning properly for the past 3 months with one or more of the following complaints. 1.Phone dead, 2.Not getting internet connection, 3.Phone noisy, 4.Not getting the ring for incoming call. I have made several complaints but all were in vain. Request urgent attention. A.Venkatachalam, AEE/TNEB, Vaigai Dam
I have put 3G booster Rs.601 on 23rd october 2012. I got recharge successful message but did not get data usage and amount got detected from main account.

For the three days i have called customer care 10 times.They have been saying it will be fixed but no response.

I went to Erode BSNL customer care and there i have met 5 officials and the last person said he will call back me after the problem gets resolved. But no answer from their side.


I want to escalate this to higher officials. There is no need of customer care if the service is going to be like this. And i strongly condemn this act of BSNL Service.

Sorry if i spoke harshly.I want the solution for my problem.
I am johnrose t, residing in thengapattanan, kk dist. since 17 yrs I have a BSNL landline service, phone number [protected].
It is with great agony that I wish to bring to your kind notice the callousness shown by your dept. Personnel.
1. For the last 6 month my telephone undergone line crossing problem and which is acting as lying dead and in spite of several reminders no action has been taken yet by your men.

2. During 1995 we took a landline connection, from painkulam exchange office they issued new phone, more than 15yrs passed they haven’t changed the phone, still we were using the same phone. Presently we like to exchange old phone to new because the faulted phone. It is really surprising that such an efficient department as that of yours is not heeding to our complaints. Please get the needful done without any further loss of time.

I am ganesan phone no.[protected] using my bsnl landlines for the past 13 years, the line is faulty for the last six month i am very much dissatisfied with your service, i am just booking complaints for the last six months, i cant do anything more than this. i am very sure that i will not pay the bill for please check my using for six month no out going no incoming please check my account
