Hi,
My new land line[protected] has been fault ( no dial tone ), i have register complaint more than 20 days now. two men came on the second day of complaint and said that their is a fault in the wire and will be fixed.
it has been more than 20 days now and i have been daily going to the exchange to get help, all they say is will send help the next day.
BSNL has to do something regards to this, this is really a bad support provided by them.
please take immediate actions.
