[Resolved]  BSNL Telephone Connection — Telephone is not working from 20.04.2011

My telephone [[protected]] has not been working since 20.04.2011. I lodged a complaint about this in customer care [ 198] on the very next day and I reported directly at Cheruvathur BSNL Exchange also.
But no response from there till this date. So I request you to do the needful at the earliest.
