[Resolved] BSNL — delaying shifting phone connection and internet facility | |||
General Manager We have a telephone connection with Internet facility in[protected] at Thumpamon Telephone Exchange. Recently our residence has changed from Kuzhikandathil house, Muttam.P.O, Thumpamon to Kochutahyyil veedu,H.No.8/54,Thumpamon.We have filed an application at Pandalm Customer Care Centre of BSNL on 20/04/2010.But no action is hither to taken for shifting. When we approached Thumpamon Exchange, we got a response that no intimation received from Pandalam BSNL Customer Care Centre. So, I request you to do needful if you found it reasonable.
