Why customers are moving out from BSNL. - bsnl phone, broadband
I shifted my rented house on 1st of june and for transferring my telephone connection to my newly rented house, i have contacted the BSNL department situated at Pattom
1st of JUNE - provided them with the filled form to shift the phone and broadband connection as per their instruction. Got reply that it will be done by thursday. Gave 2 numbers to check the status.
4th of JUNE - One person came to check the new address.
5th of JUNE - 2 people came and connected the line but no connection. They told that, next day morning will be contacted from office and will then come and connect broadband.
6th of JUNE - contacted on 2 telephone numbers 1) 2476070, 2) 2578070. Asked to contact another number 3) 2442856. Response - Will check and get back.
8th of JUNE - Phone the 3rd number and got response to call another number 4) 2551234. When contacted 4th number asked to phone another number 5) 2447422.
9th of JUNE - Asked to call this another number 6) 9447011000. Different area.
11th of June- Finally got the connection for Land Line. When enquired about the Broadband Connection they informend that some one else will be coming for that .
12th of June Contacted on 7) 2448000 and they gave another number 8)230800.They informed that they will do the needful.
15th June again I contacted on the same number and finally in the evening one person came and connected the line but the internet was not active.So he informed me to contact 9)9447011000 for activation When I contacted this number he gave another number 10)12768.>and from this number I got another number 11)255600.They asked me for the error number which was 678 and after hearing this they informed that they will revert back soon and the connection is not active till now.
The saga continues………………………
