I took a broadband connection in october 2007 in the 250 plan. with my broadband connection suddenly blinking out on 10.7.2008 then started my ordeal. It got restored only today (16.8.08)after making innumerable calls to the following numbers: 1500, 12678, 12728 then 0431-2769699, 2414100, 2414200, 2419890, 2410000, 2400430 and to the personal mobile no. of SDE internet. Every time I was mocked out or with artificial courtesy by the above persons. At times I was challenged that my premises was found closed. Other than rectifying every thing else was offered. One sincerely wish that there should be a grievance cell to hear the grief of public grievance cell at GM's office at Trichy. Iam sure there are other honourable ways available to BSNL to earn than cheating on hapless customers who paid upfront the asked fees. This PSU white elephant will learn from its mistakes once the number portability and public issue happens. Sure the management knows its worth hence offers its shares at par to its employees for there is no premium to command for with its dead weight work force

Incoming message are not been recieved for past two days.
Connectivity is very very slow.
Every time logging in we have to key in
192.168.1.1, setup
PVC0, PPP0E and we have to give ours username and Password and apply for two times and we
have logout that id, then it works.
Off and on connectivity gets disrupted.

Bill for April'09 month not received - BHEL

UNABLE TO COME THROUGH CUSTOMER CARE. CURRENT BILL NOT RECEIVED. HOWEVER, I VISITED AIRTEL OFFICE ON 12/5/09 AND PAID THE BILL. COPY OF BILL IS REQUIRED FOR REIMBURSEMENT PURPOSES FROM OFFICE. PLEASE SEND ME BILL BY POST OR THRU EMAIL.

Broad band connection ( 2581860 ) is getting interepted very very often. Given compliants very often and at times tired of giving compliants and the Rectification time taken also is too much. When urgent need comes to look into internet it does not work.

I am using H500C broadband package, i have received your first month bill of broadband (may 2009)of about 7615 Rs/-, which says BBUSGCHG (usage)charge as 4741 Rs/- total MB used as 10, 002. i cont belive this sir, i checked it in dataone.in which tells the same. there is some where goes wrong, i am sure that i didnt download or upload about 10, 002MB. please look in to this issue.

Why customers are moving out from BSNL. - bsnl phone, broadband

I shifted my rented house on 1st of june and for transferring my telephone connection to my newly rented house, i have contacted the BSNL department situated at Pattom
1st of JUNE - provided them with the filled form to shift the phone and broadband connection as per their instruction. Got reply that it will be done by thursday. Gave 2 numbers to check the status.
4th of JUNE - One person came to check the new address.
5th of JUNE - 2 people came and connected the line but no connection. They told that, next day morning will be contacted from office and will then come and connect broadband.
6th of JUNE - contacted on 2 telephone numbers 1) 2476070, 2) 2578070. Asked to contact another number 3) 2442856. Response - Will check and get back.
8th of JUNE - Phone the 3rd number and got response to call another number 4) 2551234. When contacted 4th number asked to phone another number 5) 2447422.
9th of JUNE - Asked to call this another number 6) 9447011000. Different area.
11th of June- Finally got the connection for Land Line. When enquired about the Broadband Connection they informend that some one else will be coming for that .
12th of June Contacted on 7) 2448000 and they gave another number 8)230800.They informed that they will do the needful.

15th June again I contacted on the same number and finally in the evening one person came and connected the line but the internet was not active.So he informed me to contact 9)9447011000 for activation When I contacted this number he gave another number 10)12768.>and from this number I got another number 11)255600.They asked me for the error number which was 678 and after hearing this they informed that they will revert back soon and the connection is not active till now.
The saga continues………………………


As a customer I would like to know what and why all this is happening…

The customer service for the BSNL department is very disappointing.Many of my freinds have faced they similar problem and im sure that no BSNL customer would recommend his friends or relatives to go forward with BSNL.

know we are using the will connection in home is not working the internet connection for long time for that no response
and we applid for broadband connection they never taking any action on it,

they said they want ot make a new line for your area please wait they inform

we are waiting for more than 3 years and know also
sir please take action on and connect the landline phone with broadband connection for us.

Shifting of telephone in BSNL seems to be a near impossible task. My advise would be to apply for a new telephone / broadband connection and disconnect the old one. Even I have applied for shift from Brookefields Exchange to Kavalbyrasandra Exchange (Bangalore) more than 2 months ago. I am yet to get the telephone shifted leave alone broadband...

i am in home 500c plan . last month i have a connections of both landline and broad band connections.
now i am receive a bill the bill amount is totaly RS. 2178. in tat bill debits amount is RS.1328.and gross amount is 1372, and others are monthly charges, service tax, deposit amount.. my question is wat includes in gross amount how it is charged? and how to see bills in online ? how pay the bills in online? please make the solutions for those questions.

BSNL is providing the worst ever service to their customers. Starting from their telephone connections to the broadband connections they are rated as #1 ISP. I have a BSNL broadband connection in my home. I also used other connections like Airtel, hathway. However, BSNL is the worst as far as the high connectivity is concerned. Instead of building their brand name through ads, they can look at the customer's problems. You dont have to spend too much of money in ads, if you satisfy the current customer's needs

my airtel num is 9972885476...
last year 15th august i recharged my cell having two years validity and 50paise call rate to any local cell..
but unknowingly from past two weeks plan ill changed...Tat s 1rupee call rate to local calls...
even am not able to call customer care ...its not connected...
wat i want to do...


if i not getting response from yours side ...

you r going to miss a customer tats alll

I took 750 plus scheme because the net could be accessed any time we like freely and for a long time.But many a time it goes off very frequently.We have to wait for the connection to come back.It could not serve the purpose. Will the concerned authorities do something to restore please? Calling 1500, 12678, 2410000, 2400430 did not do anything.My number is 04312480716.Once I request the concerned authorities to give uninterrupted broad band connection please. from B.Raghavan,
