I had registered a complaint on 9th June against BSNL for the Phone Dead because of Cable Cut which is unattended till date. I have given a written complaint and also sent lot of email to several people whom which referred which is of no use and I am getting the bill every month for which the line itself is not working.
I want to know will there be any help from you to resolve this issue.
