[Resolved]  BSNL — unsubscribe

Four months back i got a message of activating my caller tunes though i never applied to it.
Calling customer complaint was of no help repeatedly.
Now every month i get a message of renewing my caller tune without giving an option of continue or discontinue.
I also get charged for it every month.
I do not want it. Pl get it deactivated / unsubscribe from

I am a bsnl user and my mobile no. is [protected]. I have already submitted my complaints two times through sms for not sending the message from www.wap1.indiatimes.com. It is renewed every month although I am not using this service. I am getting this message through 58888.
Please unsubscribe theaboveservice as soon as possible.

so many times i complaint that my hello tunes on my bsnl mobile no. [protected] must be deactivated because the hello tune was activated without my consent.
So, please deactivate hello tunes from my mobile no.[protected] as soon as possible . Otherwise i will disconnect my prepaid connection.

This is arwah,i have to inform that my bsnl mobile no.is [protected] prepaid.my caller tune and humsukal services are activated automatically and 40 rs are deducted from my account.i complain for that please unsuscribe the caller tune and humsakal service,otherwise i go to consumer form for that complaint.
