dear sir ,
i have purchased bsnl mobile recharge card TP-50 on 30-5-2012 at 6.30p.m. ,when i scrach and recharge it shows already used voucher.

voucher no. 1255170183375511 valid upto 30-06-2013.its scratch code 1248 9830 5927 8588 42 .sir i want to know only this type of fraud.and wants to lodge complain.
